SA Breweries defined a need for a depot providing stock to the Northern Regions of the Rustenburg Area. Spurred primarily by the demand
generated from Sun City the Depot was designed to accommodate contemporary requirements with a view to expanding both Warehouse
and Offices PvGM were commisioned not only for the design of the Depot, but the sourcing of the property too.
Site Area: 12 800m2
Warehouse Area: 6 450m2
Office Block: 548m2

A BREWERIES - LUSAKA, ZAMBIA
The firm has been commissioned to design the
New Head Office Block for Zambia Breweries
in Lusaka. The design aestyhetic encompasses
a sympathetic approach to utilising materials
indigenous to the city and country, whilst the
floor planning is very comtemporary and
efficient, reflecting the companies status as a
world wide fortune five hundred company.

BATHO PHELE HOUSE, 83 IRIS ROAD
|
Batho Phele House, formerly known as AEGIS House,
located in central Johannesburg CBD, is currently
occupied by the Department of the Premier. Our
commission comprised the analysis and design for the
layout of this arm of the Government. As an 11 storey
office block and with an occupation of over a thousand
staff members the subsequent design had to primarily
address the communication between differing
departments over varying floor levels.
83 Iris Road, Norwood, Johannesburg, was a
development undertaken in accordance with the area?s
commercial demand for single unit office rentals, with
a strong emphasis on shared facilities. The design was
based around a central internal, split level, reception
area with offices flanking this common space.

MBATSANA MEDICAL CENTRE - SOWETO
The current structure is owned by a Dr Mbatsana
and his wife - he runs his medical practice from
there - whilst his wife has a small fast food facility.
The brief entailed procuring a design that could
allow for retail on the Ground Floor, a Pharmacy
on the first, and Medical Suites on the top floor.
