Attempt to honour the clients special requirements with regard to cost
and the monitoring thereof.
ACTING AS PRIMARY AGENT
Receiving the clients brief, advising the client on legal functions, co-
ordination of professional services, programming of the contract,
supervision of the work, issuing of certificates, handing over for
occupation and supervision of the remedial work to defects and the
completion thereof in accordance with the contract.
VALUATION OF BUILDINGS ETC.
Preparing of valuations for the issue of interim certificates. Preparing
valuation for rental return or similar purposes.
